DONGZHIMEN HOME FOR THE ELDERLY

The Dongzhimen Home For The Elderly is a seniors centre not far from The Family Learning House Jianwai SOHO. We make an effort to have a SOHO campus outing to visit our friends at the Dongzhimen Home at least four times each school year.

During our visits children sing songs, play games and perform skits for our friends. In return the residents often take the stage sharing their own songs and reading stories with the children. It is a perfect opportunity for children from The Family Learning House to practice service, shining their light on our extended school community.
