MORAL EDUCATION

Training in morals and good conduct is the foundation upon which all other learning rests at The Family Learning House. The development of the character of the children is integrated seamlessly into our daily routines and our academic curriculum.

The Family Learning House methodology places great emphasis on virtues in action. We specifically address character development through our systematic moral education program. Lessons in moral education, virtues songs, stories, role play and art activities are presented daily in small groups. These lessons help our children acquire skills, attitudes, and habits necessary in order to be of service to their families, communities and contribute to the progress of society.

This is particularly important today when humanity as a whole is experiencing both new potentialities and new problems.
