THE TEACHER

The teacher is a model and a guide. The role of the teacher is to help the child bring forth whatever perfections and capacities are within, assisting the child to reach his or her highest level of achievement.

All teachers at The Family Learning House are carefully chosen based on exemplary character, their love for children and for academic excellence. They are trained in The Family Virtues Guide Program and are certified by The Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).

The purpose of teachers is to discover the children's merits and potential that will assist them to reach their fullest level of achievements. Our teachers strive to manifest sensitivity, maturity, patience, compassion and humility as well as seeking to understand each child.
